Shipping policy

At Fable and Fawn, all products are lovingly made to order and require allocated production and packaging time, prior to the shipment. Please refer to the timeframes below for production, prior to shipment. 

Kids Art Prints: 1-3 business days for production and packaging 
Wall Decals/Stickers: up to 7 business days for production and packaging
Removable Wallpaper: 7-10 business days for production and packaging

* Note: business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

* Due to the current pandemic, Australia post may experience delays, that are out of our control. For information on delays please visit the Australia Post webpage.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both standard and express post options through Australia Post.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both standard and express postage through Australia Post to the following countries: 

Wall Decals & Art Prints: Worldwide

Removable Wallpaper: United States

We are currently working towards worldwide shipping for our new wallpaper designs. If you would like one of our products, but do not see your countries shipping zone, please email us and we will notify you of shipping cost to your location.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fable and Fawn is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the allocated time for your shipment method, please contact us at admin@fableandfawn.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Australian Residents: Orders will be taken to your local Australia Post office if your product is too large to fit within your P.O. box.

International Orders: All International orders require a postage address, Fable and Fawn will not be liable for any orders missing due to a post box order, where post boxes have no alternative shipping method if too large.
